At Blue Sun Ranch training new foals begins immediately after birth. Imprint training occurs during this critical learning time. "Breaking" horses is a thing of the past. This method of training yields an intelligent and willing animal, without trauma or "breaking the spirit." Imprinted foals have no "shy" areas. Halters are donned in the first hours. Rump rope "games" are started within the first 24 hours.
